Thank you, Mr. Waldman, for this impassioned, logical indictment of a corrupt Supreme Court. I taught college political science for 43 years, and I always cautioned my students that SCOTUS decisions were nothing but politics disguised as impartial reasoning. But I never thought that fact would be as obvious as it has become lately. I'm reminded of Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes's bet with newcomers to his court -- that he could make an airtight, irrefutable case on either side of any judicial issue. Now we know that he was absolutely correct...

This court is so corrupt -they presume a McDonald trump

victory and then reason backward to support the outcome that favors the orange monster.

They are prepared to validate whatever he does, no matter how clearly it violates the rule of law or the constitution
